NEW ALBUM DETAILS REVEALED

CADAVERIA have revealed the tracklist of their fourth full length album, properly titled ‘Horror Metal’, as follows:

‘Horror Metal’ will be released in Europe and North America on January 31st, 2012 on Bakerteam Records and published worldwide by Wormholedeath.

NEW ALBUM ON BAKERTEAM RECORDS

Bakerteam Records is proud to announce the addition to its roster of Horror Metal sensation CADAVERIA. The band was formed in 2001 by dark queen Cadaveria on vocals and Marçelo Santos (aka Flegias, frontman of Death/Thrash legends Necrodeath) on drums, with the intent to create a virtual space to freely express themselves as musicians and extreme artists. In the following years they released three albums that gained enormous praise from fans and critics worldwide. CADAVERIA long-awaited new effort follows up the 2007’s “In Your Blood” (released on French extreme metal label Season Of Mist) and is described by Mistress Cadaveria herself as:

the most obscure, raw and horror-filled work ever produced by the band.

This full-length will see the light in early 2012 on Bakerteam (publishing by Wormholedeath). More exciting news about the album title, artwork and contents will be released very soon on www.bakerteamrecords.com and this web-site.

OFFICIAL STATEMENT ON CADAVERIA NEXT ALBUM

Dear all,
it’s time to break the silence and answer all the fans who have asked about CADAVERIA developments and next release during the last months.
Well, we can say the new album is almost done! We are finishing the mix and refining the last tracks and, during the next week, we will begin working on the mastering. The album will contain 11 new songs and is still untitled. The entire process took quite a long time, but it has been worth it. The sound is macabre and it exudes a primordial magic, the tracks fed on anguish and darkness; cries, tragic prophecies and obscure visions echo in the lyrics. We are absolutely excited about it, but we know there are already many things to do, before going on stage again. We are totally focused on this project and on the following steps: we will set the artwork very soon and we are going to shoot a video before the album release. Due to all these reasons it is now early to talk about an official release date for CADAVERIA 4th full length. However we can assume it could be in stores before the end of this year.
We will come back to you when we get any substantial news to share. In the meanwhile we have produced this short video that captures some moments of the composition and of the recording phases. Have a look at it!

CENTRAL AMERICA TOUR CANCELLED

El tour de Cadaveria en Guatemala, El Salvador y Nicaragua está cancelado. Aunque si la banda insistió hasta el último momento para llevar a cabo sus obligaciones, los tres promotores que han organizado los conciertos no estaban dispuestos a cumplir sus compromisos y comprar los boletos de avión para la banda.

Lamentamos profundamente a los fans que nos esperaban, sabemos que tenemos mucho apoyo en America Latina y siempre hacemos todo el posible para actuar cada vez que tenemos una oportunidad. Si ya compraron su boleto y tienen dificultades para devolver el dinero, contacten a Killer Bob para obtener las referencias de los promotores.

CADAVERIA tour in Guatemala, El Salvador and Nicaragua was cancelled. Although the band insisted until the last moment to carry out its duties, the three promoters that have organized the concerts were unwilling to honor its commitments and buy the airplane tickets for the band.

We are deeply sorry for the fans who were waiting for us, we know the great support we get from people in Central and South America and we always do our best to come over any time there is an opportunity. CADAVERIA IN STUDIO

Italian Horror Metal band CADAVERIA have entered the studio to begin recording their new album. After their live dates in Mexico at the end of June, CADAVERIA spent the second half of 2009 in the rehearsal room to complete the songwriting for their fourth full-length. The as yet untitled album will contain eleven tracks and will be released in late 2010.
In January 2009 CADAVERIA had announced the addition of Dick Laurent as second guitar. The new member’s touch is clearly perceivable in the new compositions, that the singer Cadaveria defines as “heavy, obscure and insane”.

Cadaveria recently made a guest appearance on Italian Death metallers Mechanical God Creation’s new CD, performing backing vocals on the song “I Shall Remain Unforgiven”.
During the last two years Cadaveria (herself) worked concurrently on the project DyNAbyte. The Industrial Metal act has just finished mastering their new record, that will be unleashed in June 2010.
